Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Bareilly. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing insurance-related inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing personalized support, identifying customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement with clients and the ability to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement abilities
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Sales, Business Development, and Account Management experience
- Knowledge of Insurance Products and Services
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
