Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience. Additional responsibilities include regular follow-ups with clients, resolving queries, and working closely with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in sales, client retention, negotiation, and identifying customer needs.
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving to address client issues promptly.
- Familiarity with insurance products, market trends, and the ability to provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
