Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Bankura. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering appropriate solutions. The role also includes providing personalized customer assistance, identifying potential business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their insurance journey. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, following up on renewals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Sales and negotiation skills to identify and convert potential business opportunities
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance products and industry regulations
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed client records
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in the local language and familiarity with the regional market will be preferred
