Role Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Junagadh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance partners. The role involves identifying customer needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, help identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management and Customer Relationship skills to build and nurture long-term client partnerships
- Sales and Business Development skills to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills to address client concerns and recommend tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Insurance Products and Services with prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry being an advantage
- Organizational and Time-Management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to work in an on-site setup
