Job Title: Relationship Manager

Role Overview
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for the NVG Rakshak project. The role focuses on client engagement, requirement understanding, follow ups, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversions. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and experienced in handling real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client requirements and provide suitable project solutions
Handle inbound and outbound client calls and inquiries
Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients
Maintain regular follow ups to move leads towards closure
Coordinate with sales team for negotiations and bookings
Maintain lead database and update CRM records
Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally
Ensure smooth client experience from inquiry to booking
Requirements
Experience in real estate sales or relationship management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and long term client relationships
Good convincing and negotiation support skills
Target driven and self motivated approach
Comfortable with calls, meetings, and site visits
Basic understanding of real estate sales process preferred
