Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Manager based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance customer acquisition. Responsibilities include building relationships with gated community stakeholders, generating sales leads, conducting client meetings, and delivering presentations on NoBrokerHood’s solutions. The role also encompasses market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in business development, sales strategy creation, and client relationship management.
- Strong analytical and market research skills to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of real estate, tech-based solutions, or community management platforms is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in business reporting and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
