Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head located in Chennai. As a Sales Head, you will oversee daily operations of the sales team, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, and manage client accounts effectively. Responsibilities also include building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience in achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Proficiency in Account Management, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic challenges and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus
