Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle voice-based sales interactions. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their property needs, and providing suitable solutions for renting, buying, or selling through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Build strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Guide customers through the end-to-end real estate journey
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate (Freshers & experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication skills in English (regional languages preferred)
- Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
