Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relations, managing the sales and buying process, and actively assisting customers in property-related transactions. The role necessitates strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client or customer relationship management, account management, and customer care.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and meet targets effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for identifying customer requirements and proposing solutions.
- Proficiency in property or real estate-related processes and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, merit-based environment with a focus on achieving results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the real estate or service industry is an advantage.
