Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, renting, or selling properties. Key daily tasks include providing support to clients throughout the property search process, building strong client relationships, scheduling and conducting property inspections, negotiating agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients while ensuring smooth and efficient processes by leveraging NoBroker.com’s innovative platform.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, client-handling experience, and experience with property transactions or renting processes are preferred.
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client concerns and facilitate agreements effectively.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and deliver results within set timelines.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Proactive, driven, and customer-focused with excellent multitasking skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Prior experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
