Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (Srijan Connect) to strengthen client engagement and drive repeat business opportunities. The role primarily focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, generating referrals, and maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities across NK Realtors projects.
The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with strong interpersonal skills and prior experience in key account management, B2B/B2C relationship handling, or repeat business generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate leads from existing buyers, Srijan Connect members, and referral networks, and convert them into successful sales.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across all NK Realtors and associated projects.
- Handle key accounts and focus on repeat business generation through relationship management initiatives.
- Conduct group presentations, corporate pitches, BTL activities, and participate in road shows/events as required.
- Collaborate closely with the post-sales team to ensure timely resolution of client requirements and grievances.
- Maintain strong knowledge of project offerings, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain a strong referral ecosystem through existing clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, or Client Servicing.
- Candidates from non-real estate industries with strong client relationship and repeat business management experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong focus on customer engagement, upselling, and revenue generation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
Proven background in Real Estate or Banking sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible for local travel.
