Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager, located in Beawar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored housing finance solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, processing loan applications, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship management skills, including client acquisition and retention
- Knowledge of housing finance products, loan processing, and mortgage regulations
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in maintaining documentation and up-to-date customer records
- Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivation and a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with the local market in Beawar and nearby regions is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
