Role Description
The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing customer relationships to provide housing finance solutions. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, assisting in loan application processes, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Additional duties involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursements and compliance, creating a seamless and satisfactory experience for customers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and client communication
- Sales skills, including lead generation and customer acquisition in financial services
- Familiarity with housing finance products and financial underwriting processes
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions
- Knowledge of local markets and ability to develop deep community connections
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Fluency in regional languages and English will be an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in housing finance or financial services is highly desirable
