Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI). The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage HNI and UHNI client relationships.
- Develop strategies for new client acquisition and business growth.
- Promote and sell a wide range of third-party financial products.
- Build strong client relationships and generate business through references.
- Drive investments across asset classes such as Mutual Funds, Equity, Debt, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Broking.
- Lead and support the team in achieving client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance and optimize revenue generation.
- Ensure high-quality advisory and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA / Finance / CA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wealth/portfolio management.
- Strong experience in managing HNI/UHNI clients.
- Good knowledge of financial products including Mutual Funds, PMS, Equities, Bonds, Corporate Deposits, Government Securities, Insurance, and Real Estate.
- Existing client relationships/network will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
