Position: Relationship Manager (RM)
Product: Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)
Channel: DSA (Direct Selling Agent)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate business for Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) through the DSA channel.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, connectors, and channel associates.
- Source quality leads and drive business through the existing and new DSA network.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for LAP products.
- Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure achievement of monthly business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Conduct regular market visits to develop and expand the DSA network.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in LAP sales through the DSA channel.
- Strong understanding of Prime LAP products and secured lending.
- Good DSA network and market connections in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate business and achieve assigned sales targets.
