Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective insurance agents using provided lead data.
- Convert leads into active insurance advisors through effective communication and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents to drive business growth.
- Understand agents' business needs and provide suitable support and solutions.
- Resolve agent queries and concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Train and assist agents in using the company's mobile application and digital platforms.
- Encourage best sales practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Candidates fluent in one or more of the following regional languages : Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or insurance will be an added advantage.
