Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, assessing customer needs, explaining available products, and assisting with loan application processes. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer queries, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The individual will also coordinate with internal teams, provide regular follow-ups, and adhere to compliance and operational frameworks.
Qualifications
- Client engagement and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to assess individual needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and business development
- Understanding of loan products, financial services, and housing finance processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and travel locally as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is a plus
