Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, providing financial solutions, and achieving sales and service targets. The role includes actively driving customer engagement, generating business opportunities, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored financial products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Sales acumen and ability to meet business generation goals
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of financial products, especially in the gold loan domain
- Problem-solving ability, proactive decision-making, and goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, and local language knowledge is a plus
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or customer relationship roles is advantageous
