Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting affordable home loan products, and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the lending process. The individual will work closely with internal teams to achieve sales and operational targets while adhering to company policies and risk assessment protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Sales and business development experience, ideally in mortgage or retail lending
- Knowledge of housing finance, affordable lending products, and associated regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and loan management software
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in the housing finance sector is a strong advantage
