Role Summary
Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven professional for the role of Relationship Manager. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with Affluent and HNI clients, providing strategic wealth management solutions and delivering a superior client experience.
The ideal candidate should possess strong financial market knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Affluent and HNI clients
- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and maximize client wallet share
- Deliver tailored investment advisory and wealth management solutions
- Identify and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Analyze market trends and recommend relevant investment opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
- Maintain high standards of client engagement, servicing, and retention
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Advisory, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management
- Existing network of HNI/Affluent clients will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
- Goal-oriented professional with strong business development skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
