Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to handle and grow relationships with Affluent and HNI clients. The role focuses on wealth creation, portfolio advisory, and driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through customized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with Affluent & HNI clients
Increase AUM and maximize client wallet share
Offer investment advisory and portfolio management solutions
Acquire new clients through references, networking, and market mapping
Track market trends and provide suitable investment recommendations
Organize client engagement programs, investment seminars, and meetings
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Wealth Management, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services
Good knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Existing network of HNI/Affluent clients will be an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to achieve sales and AUM growth targets
