Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager / Investment Advisor to drive business growth and manage key client relationships within our PMS and Asset Management vertical. This role requires deep engagement with HNI/UHNI clients, delivering personalized investment solutions, and consistently enhancing portfolio performance through market insights and advisories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and business development for PMS and Asset Management products through direct channels, distributors, family offices, and corporate networks.
• Achieve revenue and acquisition targets, with a strong focus on conversion and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely market insights and investment recommendations.
• Actively engage clients through market updates, investment ideas, and advisory support.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, execution, and service delivery.</p>
• Continuously work towards brand building and client engagement initiatives.
• Gather client feedback and provide inputs to improve products, processes, and overall service quality.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
Key Requ
irements
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales within the financial services industry, preferably in Mutual Funds, PMS, or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and market trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience in managing and engaging with HNI/UHNI clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to conduct in-person client meetings and build strong on-ground relationships.
• Open to intercity travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented individual with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
