Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain relationships with Broking Channels while ensuring excellent insurance service. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, advising on health insurance solutions, meeting sales targets, and supporting the overall growth of the company. The role also involves managing partner's queries, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Relationship management skills, partner servicing expertise, and the ability to build and maintain strong partner's connections
- Sales and business development experience, persuasive communication skills, and goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or experience in financial services is beneficial
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
