Club Mahindra / Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited is hiring Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers – Sales for our Jasola Vihar, South Delhi location.
📍 Job Details
Position: Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – Sales
Location: Salcon Aurum, Jasola Vihar, South Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Timing: Flexible as per business requirements
Work Type: Field Sales + Client Meetings
Experience: 6 Months – 6 Years
Education: Graduate in any discipline
💼 Key Responsibilities
· Drive end-to-end sales of Club Mahindra Holiday Memberships.
· Generate leads through self-sourcing, references and existing customer networks.
· Schedule and conduct face-to-face customer meetings and presentations.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
· Handle customer queries and objections and close sales.
· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
· Participate in corporate activities, promotional events and field activities.
· Maintain daily sales reports.
· Build strong relationships with existing and new members and generate referrals.
🎯 Candidate Profile
Candidates with 6 months or more experience in:
· Direct / Field Sales
· Hospitality / Timeshare
· Insurance – Direct Sales
· Banking Sales
· Real Estate
· Telecom (Postpaid)
· High-ticket sales
Strong communication, convincing skills, target-oriented mindset and confidence in face-to-face customer meetings are preferred.
