Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met through the company’s diverse product offerings. Daily responsibilities include client onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving concerns, identifying new opportunities for business growth, managing loan portfolios, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve performance targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends to provide tailored financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and client service skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Expertise in financial products and services such as vehicle financing, SME loans, and insurance-related offerings
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and develop suitable solutions
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage client portfolios
- Proficiency in local languages is desirable for communicating with regional clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services or relationship management is advantageous
