Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions from the company’s range of insurance products. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and assisting clients in the claims process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction, while contributing to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Retention, and Sales Development
- Proficiency in Insurance Product Knowledge, including retail health insurance.
- Skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Problem-Solving
- Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Lead Generation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- Working knowledge of digital tools and CRM systems is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
