Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Relationship Manager for an on-site role in Coimbatore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying financial needs, and offering personalised loan solutions. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will also monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills aimed at building and nurturing client relationships
- Proficiency in financial products, including loans and lending solutions
- Organisational and problem-solving skills for managing client portfolios and resolving inquiries effectively
- Ability to analyse market trends and proactively identify growth opportunities
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution would be beneficial
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
