Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Daily responsibilities include client acquisition, property consultations, market research, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders is essential to achieving organizational goals and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in real estate transactions, property consultations, and market analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market and surrounding NCR region is preferred
