Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow customer relationships by delivering excellent service and tailored financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their financial requirements, offering suitable loan products, maintaining long-term client relations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Sales and negotiation expertise, with a proven ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Knowledge of automobile financing, loan processing, and related financial products
- Analytical skills for assessing customer creditworthiness and understanding financial statements
- Familiarity with banking and financial industry practices; experience in loan underwriting is an added advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in handling client portfolios, particularly in the automobile and real estate financing sectors, is desirable
