We have excellent openings for Relationship Manager-sales role in Housing Finance team.
About the Role
- Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel, DSAs and open market channels for Housing Finance department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs
- Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
- Marketing and encashing catchment areas
- Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Home Loan
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross – sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
- Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
- Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
- Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
- Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
Qualification and Experience required :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate professionals with good communication skills
- Relevant Home Loan/Mortgage/ LAP sales of at least 4 to 8 years
- Local candidates with relevant BFSI industry experience would be preferred
Grade Offered: Deputy Manager and Manager.
