- Position: Relationship Manager – LAP Vishwas
- Grade: M2 / M3
- Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hubli, Davanagere, Jodhpur, Ahmedabad, Meerut, Delhi, Panipat, Sonipat, Rohtak, Karnal, Dehradun, Haridwar, Pune, Nashik, Kolhapur etc
- Channel: DSA Channel
- Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Secured Lending/Assets- HL/LAP/Mortgage (sales)
- CTC: As per industry standards
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Affordable Home Loan (Vishwas) & LAP products
- Lead and manage a team of executives to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance, etc.)
- Build and strengthen relationships with DSA partners, Kotak branches, and builders
- Ensure achievement of team sales targets and business growth
- Monitor team productivity and location performance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through NPS metrics
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing
- Drive cross-sell opportunities including CASA and TPP products
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
✅ Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Graduation/ Post Graduation from a recognized university is a must
📌 Minimum 2+ years of experience in Secured Lending / LAP / Home Loans / DSA / DST / Open Market sourcing
🤝 Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management skills
📊 Knowledge of secured banking products will be an added advantage
