Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Bhubaneshwar, involves acting as the Relationship Manager for Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying and meeting the clients for their banking and investment needs, providing personalized financial solutions, and adhering to banking regulations. The role will also include collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of the bank's customer base.
Job Description :
•Responsible for sourcing of Structured Finance proposals with deal sizes ranging from ₹30 crore to ₹300 crore.
•Leverage a strong professional network of DSAs and Financial Consultants to source high-quality credit proposals.
•Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio with strong hygiene standards, ensuring timely reviews, documentation, and compliance.
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and proactive solutioning to Increase the profitability.
•Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking products, including Working Capital (WC), Term Loans (TL), Trade Finance, and FX solutions.
•Track market movements, sector trends, and borrower performance, and provide Early Warning Signals (EWS) to Head Office for risk mitigation.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders (credit, risk, operations, trade, treasury) to ensure smooth closure of service request.
•For Asset Reconstruction Division (ARD) - Alternate Asset Group –(AAG)
Qualification & Experience :
•6–9 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking / Structured Finance / Wholesale Banking.
•Strong understanding of credit appraisal, financial analysis, and structured transactions.
•Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and large deal sizes.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
