Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Raipur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, offering tailored banking products and services, cross-selling financial products, resolving client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Relationship Management, Client Servicing, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of Banking Products, Financial Services, and Sales Techniques
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to meet sales goals and client expectations through consultative selling
- Proficiency in financial analysis, report preparation, and data interpretation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is preferred
- Proficiency in regional languages and understanding of local market trends is an advantage
