Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships while driving business growth. Key daily tasks include understanding customer financial needs, offering banking and investment solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities to cross-sell products, meeting business targets, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable banking and financial products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Business Development and Sales, particularly in financial services
- Proficiency in banking processes, investment tools, and financial compliance
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of the banking industry and local market trends in Pune is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within retail or corporate banking is preferred
