Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (RM) role in the Pune Division for Kotak Mahindra Bank. The RM will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on deepening and strengthening customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and meeting customer needs through a broad range of financial products, portfolio management, fostering long-term partnerships, and cross-selling various banking services. The RM will also contribute to business development activities and work towards achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Relationship Management and Client Communication skills for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Sales and Business Development skills to identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking services, and portfolio management
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to manage client concerns effectively
  • Proficiency in customer service practices and a customer-first mindset
  • Relevant experience in banking, sales, or financial services is preferred
  • Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage
