Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Nagpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs, and identifying business growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include offering personalized financial solutions, achieving sales targets, monitoring customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, and Client Engagement abilities
- Sales Acumen, Negotiation Skills, and a results-oriented approach to achieve financial targets
- Knowledge of Banking, Financial Products, and Market Trends
- Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving Skills, and Strategic Planning capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles within banking or financial services is an advantage
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
