Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. The role includes identifying customer needs, providing personalized service, coordinating with sales and after-sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also assist in promoting brand loyalty and actively contribute to achieving organizational goals by driving customer engagement and retention initiatives in the automotive sector.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Customer service capabilities, problem-solving expertise, and conflict resolution skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer accounts effectively
  • Knowledge of automotive sales and services, with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of market trends and customer behavior
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and service teams to achieve shared goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive industry or customer relationship management is a plus
