Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, Agents and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Key tasks include providing personalized consulting, guiding applicants through the study abroad process, assisting with documentation like loan and visa applications, and managing communications and follow-ups. The role also requires fostering relationships with partner institutions and identifying opportunities for collaboration and business development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Relationship Building, Client Management, and Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Study Abroad Processes, Visa Procedures, and Education Loan Facilitation
- Multitasking, Time Management, and Problem-Solving Skills to handle multiple clients effectively
- Experience in Customer Service or Client-facing roles
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Prior experience in education consulting or a related domain is advantageous
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi with a flexible, professional demeanor
