Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Vadodara Area for a Relationship Manager. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to onboard new clients. Tasks involve advising clients on financial products and services, providing investment solutions, offering market insights, monitoring portfolios, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial markets. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting sales and client engagement targets.
Qualifications
- Financial advisory and relationship management skills, including advising clients, building trust, and addressing client inquiries.
- Knowledge of financial markets, equity and commodity trading, and wealth management strategies.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to ensure strong client collaboration and retention.
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial data to provide client-centric solutions.
- Proficiency in utilizing financial software tools, E-broking, and E-KYC systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in financial services or client relationship management is an advantage.
