Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Relationship Manager for an on-site position located in the Amritsar/Ludhiana area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored investment and trading solutions. The role involves assisting clients with financial transactions, offering advisory services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be expected to work closely with the sales and research teams to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in client relationship management, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of equity trading, commodity trading, and financial markets
- Ability to provide wealth management advisory and investment solutions
- Proficiency in financial analysis, research, and client portfolio management
- Experience with E-broking platforms and E-KYC processes
- High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus
