Role Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and sustaining strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction while driving business growth. Daily responsibilities include managing client onboarding, addressing queries, coordinating solutions with internal teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing updates on property performance. The Relationship Manager will also proactively engage with potential clients and assist in expanding the property portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and client service best practices.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and situations.
- Sales and business development experience, with a focus on identifying new opportunities and achieving targets.
- Analytical and organizational skills for data-driven decision-making, reporting, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines effectively.
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
