Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Muzaffarpur. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional investors, distributors, and other channel partners to drive awareness and adoption of ITI Mutual Fund products. Daily responsibilities include meeting existing and prospective clients, explaining product features, addressing queries, and supporting clients with account opening and transaction processes. The role involves achieving business targets, conducting regular follow-ups, organizing investor awareness activities, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth service delivery. The Relationship Manager will also monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and provide insights to improve customer experience and product positioning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Candidates should possess solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse client groups.
- Candidates should possess abilities in sales planning, business development, and target achievement within financial services or related domains.
- Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and an understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and market trends.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing meetings and events, maintaining accurate records, and using CRM or MS Office tools efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in mutual funds or financial markets are an advantage.
- Prior experience in mutual funds, banking, NBFCs, or other financial distribution roles in the local market will be beneficial.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Muzaffarpur, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
