We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The role involves handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth end-to-end customer experience in real estate transactions. The candidate will be responsible for follow-ups, maintaining client databases, sharing project updates, and supporting sales closures. You will also assist in post-sales activities, documentation coordination, and resolving client concerns professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and relationship
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and site visit coordination
- Support sales team in closing deals
- Maintain CRM and client records
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- MBA required
- 2–3 years of experience in client relationship or sales
- Real estate background preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities
Salary: based on interview + incentives 3% of total revenue by the candidate received quarterly
