Department: Relationship manager 3 years of experience.
IRA Infra is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships and support driving property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential buyers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring a smooth property buying experience from inquiry to closure.
ROLES
- Handle client inquiries related to residential and commercial projects of IRA Infra.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, accounts) to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Assist clients with documentation, booking procedures, and payment schedules.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualification: Masters degree in Business Administration preferred.
Salary:
No bar for the appropriate candidate
MUST BE FROM REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND.
Incentives:
3% of total revenue by the employee received quarterly.
