Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bangalore Urban. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and nurturing client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting prospective clients, understanding their real estate needs, providing tailored solutions from the company's portfolio, negotiating deals, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the property buying or investing process. This role demands regular market analysis to provide clients with the most accurate and helpful property insights.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, sales, and client engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and the ability to provide insights and advice to clients.
- Organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple client relationships and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and working knowledge of MS Office applications is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a customer-facing role is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
