Role Description

InvestoXpert Advisors Pvt Ltd is hiring a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager based in Bangalore Urban. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify their real estate needs, and provide tailored advice to ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage client interactions, provide updates on curated property options, facilitate site visits, and guide clients through the property purchase process. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on market trends, and contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in sales, client management, and customer service
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Bangalore and the surrounding areas
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to assess client needs and provide effective solutions
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
