Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding client real estate needs, and providing tailored property solutions. They will drive sales by identifying potential buyers, facilitating property visits, and managing end-to-end sales processes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining updated records, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Understanding of the real estate market and property trends
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in English and local languages is highly desirable
