Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships by offering suitable financial solutions based on customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include generating leads through open market and field activities, acquiring new customers, maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
The role requires strong networking abilities, customer engagement skills, and a results-oriented approach to drive business growth while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Experience in sales, field sales, or financial services is preferred
• Understanding of financial products and customer needs
• Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
