Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored financial products. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, facilitating loan applications, and ensuring seamless loan processing and documentation. The role also involves client follow-ups, providing excellent customer support, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in client relationship building, sales, and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customer groups
- Knowledge of loan management processes and financial products, especially in housing finance
- Experience in handling loan documentation and familiarity with regulatory practices
- Analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and financial qualifications
- Experience in financial services, banking, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
