Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client financial goals, and offering suitable financial products and solutions. Core tasks will include advising on investment options, handling portfolio management, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role demands collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of world-class financial services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternate Investment Funds (AIF)
- Skills in relationship management, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in financial advising, portfolio analysis, and investment strategy formulation
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships
- Basic proficiency in financial technology platforms and tools for portfolio management and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- AMFI or NISM certifications are advantageous
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business
